Below are all the food offerings at our wedding.
Hor D'Oeuvres

Chanterelles, brie, warm garlic crostini. - Seared Ahi
Atop wonton crisps with pickled ginger & wasabi cream. - Crab Cakes
Dungeness, shallots, chives, red curry aioli.
Salad
- Heirloom Tomatoes & Fresh Goat Cheese
Assorted heirlooms with fresh goat cheese, figs and crisp prosciutto, served alongside arugula & shaved fennel, tossed in a zinfandel vinaigrette.
Entreé

Grilled Salmon, atop French fingerling potatoes, with tomato confit, asparagus & a cerignola olive & caper relish, tomato sauce. - Fillet of Beef & Hen of the Woods Mushroom
